Ingredients
- •1 cup dried white beans
- •1½ cups water
- •½ tsp salt
- •Optional: garlic powder, paprika, oregano, Italian seasoning
Instructions
- 1Soak the white beans in water for 8—12 hours or overnight. Drain and rinse well.
- 2Add soaked beans, 1½ cups water, salt, and optional seasonings to a blender.
- 3Blend until smooth and creamy.
- 4Heat a lightly greased non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- 5Pour a ladle of batter and spread into a thin, even layer.
- 6Cook 2—3 minutes until the top is set, then flip and cook 1—2 minutes more.
- 7Cover with a clean kitchen towel to keep soft.
